Justin is an experienced recruiter and specialist in mid-to-senior level Data positions, across industries such as Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Technology, Oil & Gas and Consultancy. Justin has more than 11 years’ global experience from the UK, Hong Kong and Australia. Justin began his career recruiting senior accounting & finance appointments before growing a successful business in APAC in the emerging technology space.
Justin enjoys finding the perfect synergy of culture fit between candidate and client. He loves to learn about new companies and support them with their growth.
Justin holds a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol.
Outside of work you’ll find Justin spending time with his family (usually chasing his boys Arthur and Wilfred or his dog Wilson), renovating the house or playing hockey.
Edward Barker

Edward has spent his career in executive recruitment across Europe and Asia. Throughout his career he has been involved with building teams for leading Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has led and delivered several senior management searches in the technology sector. Edward is involved with the international growth of Foxpoint Search and is an advisor to the Australian business.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Exeter University in the United Kingdom.
Away from the office, Edward is a coach at his local rugby club and is consistently trying to improve his (very unexceptional) golf handicap.
